Description: MSAD #11 is looking for a dynamic, passionate, dedicated team player. The successful candidate is student-centered and values collaborative work. We are seeking someone who will be able to maintain a joyful learning environment and engage learners as responsible contributors to their learning community. The candidate understands the importance of integrating phonics, phonological awareness, handwriting, and research-based reading and numeracy strategies into daily practice with support from the district’s instructional resources.
As a team member, the candidate will look at student work and analyze data to plan for individual instruction; have strong classroom management and communication skills; and demonstrate dedication to meeting the academic and social needs of each child through delivery of core instruction and classroom interventions.
Placement on the scale is dependent upon degree and experience.
