Job Overview

Maine General is seeking a Certified Residential Medication Aide (CRMA) for our Day Services team at the Alzheimer’s Care Center in Gardiner. The position is a 20‑hour-per‑week, day‑shift role supporting residents with memory impairment.

• Provide patient care under RN supervision in accordance with scope and standards of practice.
• Administer medications according to physician orders and complete documentation.
• Perform basic patient care activities delegated by RN.
• Report abnormal findings or changes in physical, mental, or emotional conditions.
• Assist in maintaining a safe, clean, and orderly environment.

• Current Maine CRMA certification required.
• 1 year or more experience preferred.
• Personal Support Specialist certification required within 120 days of hire.
• Basic Life Support Provider preferred.

• Full‑time (20hrs/week) day shift (M‑F).
• Shift differential up to $7/hr for certain shifts.
