** urgently hiring multiple Outdoor Field Installation Laborers
** to support growing project demand.  
** These are Maine‑based roles
** with regional travel (no relocation). Positions pay  **$20-$24/hour
** and are  
** direct hire** , offering long‑term  stability, paid travel, and strong overtime opportunities-especially during the summer months.

** Typical daily duties:*
* + Work outdoors as part of a field crew installing, repairing, and servicing industrial‑grade plastic piping systems

+ Perform culvert repairs, epoxy applications, and grouting at active job sites

+ Fabricate plastic pipe fittings in the shop to meet customer specifications

+ Travel throughout New England for project work (minimal winter travel, heavier summer schedule)

+ Maintain clean, organized, and safe tools, equipment, and work areas

+ Follow all job‑site safety rules, PPE requirements, and hazard awareness procedures

* What we're looking for:

* + Strong safety awareness and commitment to working safely on outdoor job sites

+ Carpentry, construction, or general labor experience with basic hand and power tools

+ Mechanical aptitude with attention to detail and pride in workmanship

+ Clean driving record and ability to obtain and maintain a DOT Medical Examiner's Certificate

+ Ability to pass a DOT physical, respirator fit test, and work while wearing a respirator

+ OSHA 10 certification (or ability to obtain)

+ Reliable, team‑oriented, and comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
