Field/Service Technician, Installation Technician, Maintenance Technician / Mechanic
Location
Central and Downeast Maine, including Penobscot, Washington, and Aroostook Counties. Applicants must live in the state of Maine.
ScheduleHours 7 AM to 5:30 PM, 10 hours per day, rotating work days including every other Saturday and every 4th Sunday.
Position SummaryField Service Technicians will travel locally to multiple sites to complete daily jobs addressing lottery machine service break‑fix, installation, and preventative maintenance. No lottery industry experience is required.
Responsibilities- Perform break‑fix, installation, and preventative maintenance on lottery machines.
- Resolve equipment and communication concerns for customers.
- Identify lottery care needs and provide recommendations to maintain customer revenue.
- Maintain accurate mileage logs and report service status.
- Follow all safety protocols and use required PPE.
High school diploma or equivalency.
Physical RequirementsThe job requires sitting, standing, walking, bending, using hands, operating a computer, and having adequate vision. Employees must regularly lift up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds. Use of PPE is mandatory when working in the field, production, or warehouse.
Work ConditionsRequired background investigations or gaming licenses may apply. Employees must comply with all regulatory and contractual obligations necessary for the role.
