• Valid certification or eligibility as a School Psychologist
• Masters or specialist-level degree in School Psychology or a related field
• Proven experience working with middle school-aged students is highly valued
• Familiarity with school-based assessments, individualized education planning (IEP), and multi-tiered systems of support (MTSS)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to culturally responsive practices and collaborative problem-solving

• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and interpret data to identify student needs
• Provide counseling and behavioral interventions as appropriate for middle school students
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop and implement effective support strategies
• Participate in the development and evaluation of IEPs
• Assist in crisis prevention and intervention, offering guidance on best practices
• Lead or contribute to professional development activities for faculty and staff
• Maintain up-to-date records and comply with all relevant legal and ethical guidelines
