Business Banking Solutions Specialist

Enterprise Bank & Trust is seeking a Business Banking Solutions Specialist to support business clients with tailored financial products and services. In this role, you will analyze client needs, recommend banking, lending, cash management, and digital solutions, and partner with relationship managers to deepen client relationships. You will onboard new business clients, provide training on online and treasury platforms, and ensure compliance with internal policies.

Responsibilities

• Consult with business clients to understand financial needs and recommend appropriate banking and cash management solutions
• Support relationship managers in delivering integrated business banking services
• Onboard new business clients and set up digital and treasury platforms
• Provide training and support on online banking and cash management tools
• Monitor client portfolios to identify cross-sell opportunities and deepen relationships
• Collaborate with internal partners to structure solutions that meet risk and compliance standards
• Ensure adherence to KYC, AML, and regulatory requirements
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and product demonstrations for business clients
• Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues promptly with high service standards
• Contribute feedback to improve business banking products, processes, and client experience
