IT Support Associate II, Ops Tech Solutions; OTS

Ops Tech IT provides nonstop global IT support to Amazon Operations. We support the operations team in resolving technical problems within Amazon operation facilities across a defined geographical area.

As an IT Support Associate II, you will maintain, troubleshoot and support IT equipment in Amazon Operations facilities.

• Allocate, maintain and troubleshoot IT equipment used in Amazon Operations facilities.
• Handle support requests and procedures across the network.
• Assist in training new hires.
• Continuously learn new technologies.
• Support customers from multiple buildings in the area and remote customers.
• Move up to 49 lbs and stand, walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours.
• Travel within your local or regional area to support customers.

• Experience troubleshooting and debugging technical systems.
• Experience in a dynamic environment with a high degree of customer service.
• Can lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach.
• 1+ years of Windows, Mac or Linux operating systems support experience or equivalent experience.

• CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, Cisco/CCNA, Linux (Redhat), Microsoft hardware (installation), AWS, or other industry relevant certifications.
