RV Lot Attendant / Forklift Operator

Hours: M-F, 8-5, Rotating Saturdays, 8-3

Pay: $20+ an hour

We are seeking an experienced forklift/tractor driver that is responsible for the efficient management and organization of the RV lot, ensuring all RVs are properly parked, maintained, and easily accessible. This role requires operating a forklift or tractor to safely move, load, and unload RVs and related equipment. The ideal candidate is self‑motivated, has strong attention to detail, and can work effectively both independently and as part of a team, maintaining a clean, organized, and safe lot environment.

• Move RV inventory of varying sizes safely around the dealership lot and in/out of service bays
• Maintain order of RV inventory, lot, and company property by ensuring RVs are properly aligned and fully stocked
• Support Service Technicians and Advisors keeping Service Bays well‑supplied and orderly
• Support the sales staff in making sure that RVs are properly lined up and the lot is fully stocked
• Always ensure cleanliness and overall presentation of the lot

• Valid DL; towing experience preferred
• Experience operating forklifts, tractors, and RVs of all sizes (5th wheel, bumper pull, Class‑A and Class‑C)
• Familiarity with generators and slide‑outs is a plus
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Strong attention to detail
