Provide positive representation of Westlake Ace Hardware and proactively assist customers in solving problems;
Greet customers entering and throughout the store and provide personalized service;
Assist with receiving, stocking, pricing, and maintaining merchandise presentation and back stock levels;
Maintain clean and orderly sales floor, stock room, and outdoor merchandise area; ensure signage is current;
Assist with merchandise resets and communicate merchandising or cost ideas to the General Manager
