Provide customer service by following site-specific access control procedures, visitor check-in protocols, credential verification, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Monitor entry and exit points, screen employees, visitors, and deliveries, and report unusual activity, policy violations, and/or security-related concerns to the appropriate contacts;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and supporting site personnel during security-related events;
Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter, checking access points, gates, doors, and restricted areas for potential issues or unauthorized activity;
Maintain accurate logs, badges, visitor records, and incident reports while helping to support orderly access for employees, contractors, and guests
