In this role, you will help to deter security-related incidents through visible presence, strong communication, and attentive customer service. Guided by a caring culture, teamwork, reliability, and integrity, you will play an important part in daily site operations.

Pay Rate: $19.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

Day/Time - Sat 08:00 AM - 04:00 PM, Sun 08:00 AM - 04:00 PM

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify identification and/or credentials, and manage visitor, vendor, and delivery access in alignment with location policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, and document security-related concerns through required reports and logs.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the location, including entrances, production‑adjacent areas, and perimeter points, as conditions vary by site.
• Help to deter unauthorized access and policy violations by maintaining awareness of restricted areas, communicating clearly with site contacts, and reporting unusual activity.

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
