Requires experience in at least two of the following areas: carpentry, painting, plumbing, plastering and/or other trades.
Must have:
- Valid Massachusetts Driver’s License.
- Two (2) years’ experience in the building maintenance field.
- Grounds keeping experience.
- A combination of previous related work experience may be substituted for some of the above qualifications.
- Ability to work alone or with little supervision is necessary.
- Be available to work overtime.
- Must be able to work flexible work schedule.
