Staff Accountant

Description

We are looking for a motivated Staff Accountant to join our team in Gardner, Massachusetts. This role is designed for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is eager to expand their expertise in accounting practices. You will play a crucial part in maintaining accurate financial records and contributing to the efficiency of our accounting processes.

Responsibilities:

- Assist with journal entries, month end close, and reconciliations

- Preform end to end accounts receivable processes, including invoicing and payment tracking.

- Provide assistance with audits, payroll, and process improvements.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.

- Familiarity with accounts receivable processes and financial reconciliations.

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

- Knowledge of accounting principles and best practices.
