Director of Finance/Accounting

A confidential, high-visibility Director of Finance opportunity with a mission-driven organization undergoing continued growth and transformation.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on accounting/finance leader who enjoys solving problems, improving processes, and building strong teams. The role oversees approximately 12 employees across accounting, operations, and financial analysis and partners closely with senior leadership.

• Reports to the CFO and there is opportunity for advancement
• Lead a team of 12 plus across accounting, payroll, and finance

• Focus on revenue recognition, billing, reporting, forecasting, controls, and budgeting

• 5+ years of finance/accounting leadership experience in a medium to large complex organization
• Strong accounting and analytical skills
• Experience with revenue recognition, reimbursement, forecasting, and reporting
• Hands-on, adaptable, and comfortable rolling up your sleeves
• Strong leadership and relationship-building skills
• Health and human services experience preferred, but not required
