- Monitor vendor activity and support approximately 100 invoices per week, with volume varying throughout the year.
- Maintain petty cash and assist with related accounting processes as needed.
- Provide professional, compassionate support to internal staff and external vendors via email and phone communication.
- Associate degree in accounting or experience equivalent (+2 years).
- 2+ years of experience in accounts payable, with responsibilities including invoice processing and check runs.
- Excel proficiency with sorting, formatting, formulas, and file uploads.
