Heywood Medical Group (HMG), a physician-led, non-profit multispecialty group affiliated with Heywood Hospital, is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Pediatrician to join our established and growing pediatric practices in Gardner and Athol, Massachusetts.
Position OverviewThe Pediatrician will provide comprehensive outpatient pediatric care to a diverse patient population, delivering high-quality, compassionate care in a collaborative, community-focused environment. This position offers the opportunity to practice full-spectrum pediatrics while enjoying a balanced schedule and strong clinical support.
Qualifications- MD or DO degree
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics
- Eligible for Massachusetts medical licensure
- Strong commitment to patient-centered, team-based care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Established pediatric practice within a respected community health system
