Qualifications and Desired

Experience:
  • Masters or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
  • Current or eligible Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE) School Psychologist License
  • Experience conducting educational and psychological assessments
  • Knowledge of special education laws, regulations, and best practices
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and problem‑solving abilities
  • Passion for supporting children and adolescents in educational settings
  • Prior experience in schools preferred
Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive psycho educational evaluations for students referred for assessment
  • Interpret evaluation results and contribute to eligibility and intervention planning meetings
  • Provide consultation services to teachers, staff, and families regarding student needs and supports
  • Design and implement evidence-based interventions to support students academic, behavioral, and social‑emotional growth
  • Contribute to the development of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Participate in crisis intervention and prevention activities as needed
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with school policies
