Qualifications and DesiredExperience:
- Masters or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
- Current or eligible Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE) School Psychologist License
- Experience conducting educational and psychological assessments
- Knowledge of special education laws, regulations, and best practices
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem‑solving abilities
- Passion for supporting children and adolescents in educational settings
- Prior experience in schools preferred
- Conduct comprehensive psycho educational evaluations for students referred for assessment
- Interpret evaluation results and contribute to eligibility and intervention planning meetings
- Provide consultation services to teachers, staff, and families regarding student needs and supports
- Design and implement evidence-based interventions to support students academic, behavioral, and social‑emotional growth
- Contribute to the development of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Participate in crisis intervention and prevention activities as needed
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with school policies
