Description

Location: Gardner, MA - North Central Correctional Institute
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM-4:00 PM
Pay rate: $22.90/hour
** Must be able to pass criminal background check**

The Recovery Support Navigator:
- Provides non-clinical services to engage, educate and support patients seeking treatment upon release and their families in order to motivate and maintain them in culturally relevant behavioral health services in the community.
- This engagement begins pre-release, and the support continues after the patient is released and returns to the community.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in human services or related field Required
- Equivalent experience (4 years) in the behavioral health field may be substituted for college degree
