Human Resources Generalist

Our client located in Gardner, MA is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to join their growing team.

• Minimum of 6 years of experience, with a focus on talent acquisition for technical, skilled trades, or manufacturing roles.
• Experience in a fast‑paced manufacturing or multi‑site organization is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience managing full‑cycle recruiting, including developing talent pipelines, implementing structured interview methodologies, assessing candidates, utilizing external agencies and sourcing tools, and optimizing recruiting strategies.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws related to hiring and selection.
• Proficiency with HRIS or ATS.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship‑building skills.

• Manage and drive consistency in full‑cycle recruiting processes, ensuring a consistent, professional candidate experience.
• Partner with management to define role requirements, ideal candidate profiles, and sourcing strategies that align with broader organizational goals.
• Build candidate pipelines for hard‑to‑fill roles, track recruiting metrics, and maintain relationships with external recruiting stakeholders.
• Support onboarding, training, performance management, employee relations, and workforce planning efforts.
• Maintain data in HRIS and prepare reports.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain confidentiality.
• Other tasks as assigned.
