Hours: 40-Hour, Monday through Friday, On call rotation, Hybrid
Rate: $26.66 - $35.18/HR
ResponsibilitiesEssential Functions
- Design, develop, configure, and support data interfaces and interoperability workflows between disparate healthcare systems (EHRs, Labs, Clinical systems, etc.) using the Consensus Conductor platform
- Implement inbound and outbound interface connections using standards like HL7, API/FHIR, web services, and other healthcare messaging formats.
- Build Custom integrations and transformations, including scripting or configuration of message mappings and business rules on the Conductor engine
- Lead or participate in implementation projects, configure enterprise dashboards and monitoring tools, test and validate interface functionality
- Document integration designs, configurations, and operational procedures for internal teams and customer reference
- Works with IT, staff, and providers to analyze and develop reporting needs, which includes design and implementation of dashboards, reports, and other various business intelligence applications.
- Works to use data as an analytical tool, displaying the information in new forms for the purpose of analysis, exploration, prescriptive/predictive analytics, and reporting.
- Provides input to the development of quality metrics
- Performs ad hoc analyses of healthcare data using SQL Server, Excel, and other tools, upon request.
- Identifies data issues and works with appropriate leaders to identify and recommend solutions.
- Participates in the development and execution of education to staff and IT.
- Responsible for supporting daily, weekly, monthly, and annual reporting and analytics, including the design, development, testing, documentation, maintenance, and analysis of database queries and reports.
- Responsible for the development of reports and dashboards to support key initiatives for senior leadership and other leaders throughout the organization.
- Responsible for both production and ad hoc reporting, including required reports for governmental agencies such as CMS.
- Constantly works to identify opportunities for improvement in work process and reports
- Uses and analyzes large healthcare data sets and relational databases

QualificationsJob Requirements
Minimum Education
- Bachelor's degree in Information Services, Computer Science, or related field
Minimum Work Experience
- Prefer five years of experience working with Consensus Conductor Interface Engine and Meditech Expanse reporting tools such as Report Writer, Report Designer, and Business and Clinical Analytics (BCA).
- A healthcare background is preferred
Required Skills
- Experience working with SQL Server, Visualization tools, MS Office, and intermediate proficiency using Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and must be detail-oriented
- Responsive to feedback and adaptable to new situations and requirements.
