As we expand our footprint in the Gardner and Fitchburg areas, we are looking for a reliable, skilled Maintenance Technician to join our growing team.

The Maintenance Technician plays a key role in keeping our properties safe, well-maintained, and comfortable for residents. You will handle unit turnovers, respond to work orders, perform repairs, and maintain the physical quality and appearance of our buildings in the Gardner and Fitchburg area.

• Maintain the physical condition and appearance of buildings safely and efficiently.
• Complete maintenance work orders within 24–48 hours.
• Handle unit turnovers: painting, patching, flooring, appliance installation, light plumbing, and electrical work.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems and fixtures.
• Inspect and clean common areas: hallways, stairwells, lobbies, parking lots, lawns, and dumpsters.
• Remove trash and debris; replace light bulbs in common areas and exterior fixtures.
• Coordinate with property managers to maintain tools, materials, and supplies.
• Accurately complete and submit all required paperwork, including work orders and turnover documentation.
• Work professionally and cooperatively with residents and team members.
• Maintain confidentiality regarding tenant information.
• Assist with snow removal, groundskeeping, and seasonal maintenance as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• 2+ years of hands-on property maintenance experience preferred.
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and appliance repair.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a physically demanding environment.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license required.
• Must be able to pass a background check.

• 1099 Position
• $23-$26 per hour depending on experience
