Injection Mold Machine Operator

Overview

Westaff is looking for a Injection Mold Machine Operator in the Gardner MA area for Immediate Start!

Location:

Gardner, MA

• 2nd shift: 2:30pm-11:00pm, Monday-Friday
• 3rd shift: 10:30pm-7:00am, Monday-Friday

Pay $20-$22/hour DOE

• The Mold Technician is responsible for ensuring day-to-day functionality of the production machinery. They will monitor and operate machines to analyze results to ensure they meet company standards.
• They will also be responsible for troubleshooting problems and performing repairs on all production equipment and other supporting equipment, such as grinders.
• Knowledge in various types of Plastics Machinery and Related Support Equipment.
• Make necessary adjustments to machines and auxiliary equipment.
• Must be able to use the correct measures to return machines and equipment to their manufacturing operational condition within a reasonable amount of time. This includes being able to troubleshoot and repair from OEM schematics.
• Knowledge on Specialized Equipment (e.g., Robotics, Molding Machines and Programming).
• Must be able to troubleshoot and resolve injection end problems.
• Responsible for system monitoring, debugging and troubleshooting operational problems, making repairs and performing preventive maintenance activities.
• Must have Injection Mold experience.
