Production Supervisor

Supervise and coordinate daily production operations for the assigned shift.

Assign machines and tasks to Packers and Cell Leaders.

Ensure production runs according to schedule and communicate any material or process changes.

Make necessary machine and equipment adjustments to maintain production efficiency and quality.

Enforce safety and quality standards across the department.

Perform minor equipment repairs and coordinate with maintenance and tooling teams for major issues.

Maintain accurate shift documentation, logs, and production reports.

Monitor employee attendance and manage time-off requests.

Address performance concerns and collaborate with HR when required.

Coordinate with other departments for production planning and staffing.

Ensure adherence to quality standards across all activities.

Perform additional duties as assigned.

High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Minimum 4 years of manufacturing experience.

Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Strong problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills.

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Strong attention to detail.

Mechanical aptitude with ability to read schematics.

Experience with production machinery and injection molding processes.

Understanding of molds and basic processing techniques.

Basic computer skills including word processing, email tools, and familiarity with ERP systems.

Effective communication skills in English.

Ability to work independently and within a team.
