Advanced Cable Ties, Inc. in Gardner, MA is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician for the 3rd shift (11:00 PM–7:30 AM, M-F) with training on First Shift. The role focuses on keeping production machinery running, diagnosing issues, and performing repairs on all equipment and supporting systems.
The ideal candidate has an Associate degree with electrical/mechanical/automation certification and 2+ years of hands-on experience, plus the ability to read schematics. IQMS ERP experience is preferred.
