Travel RN - Operating Room

American Traveler is seeking an experienced OR RN for a 13‑week travel contract, working day shifts in a hospital operating room setting.

• Active MA RN license required
• Minimum 1 year of OR nursing experience required
• BLS certification required

• Hospital operating room (OR) setting
• Day shift schedule: 4x10‑hour shifts, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• 40 hours per week
• No call, float, or weekend requirements
• Medication management via Omnicell
• Documentation via Meditech Expanse
• Communication protocol: SBAR
• First‑time travelers may be considered if they have strong, relevant OR experience
• Candidates residing within 30 miles of the facility are eligible but will receive a reduced travel pay rate
• All time‑off requests must be submitted at the time of initial consideration
• 2 professional references from a supervisor within the past 2 years required for consideration
• Full 7‑year work history with all gaps explained required for consideration
