Requirements:
Current RN license ACLS upon hire or must hold an active BLS card and obtain AHA ACLS within 60 days of hire 1 year Med/Surg experience preferred 1 year Telemetry experience preferred 1 year Pediatrics experience preferred
Roles & Responsibilities:
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing interventions and patient care plans. Provide patient care according to established standards and protocols. Offer education and support to patients and families based on identified needs. Collaboratively plan for patient discharge, incorporating necessary resources. Administer medications and IV therapy safely in accordance with policies. Document patient information and care details accurately and promptly.
