Healogics is seeking a Wound Care Center LPN to provide wound-related patient care under RN/Provider supervision. The role includes assisting in vein clinic, intake/discharge, and contributing to case management as needed.
Requirements include an LPN/LVN license, a graduation from an accredited program, and at least two years’ nursing experience, preferably in wound care or SNF/LTACH settings. BLS and strong team communication are essential.
