The Gardner High School Football Program is currently seeking qualified and dedicated individuals to fill multiple coaching positions for the upcoming 2026 season.

This is a stipend position. ($4500) Preferred candidates will possess prior coaching experience at the middle school, high school or collegiate level, strong communication skills, and a commitment to the development of student-athletes both on and off the field.

Responsibilities include:

• Teaching fundamental position techniques and schemes
• Supporting overall team culture, discipline, and effort
• Attending all practices, meetings, and games
• Collaborating with the head coach and coordinator on weekly game plans

Also open to those who are interested in getting into coaching or want to join in more of a volunteer role, don’t hesitate to apply as we can also offer a stipend for this role. ($1000)
