School Bus Driver

Position

Part‑time School Bus Driver at NRT Bus, Inc., Gardner, MA.

Pay: $30/hour. Paid training: $20/hour. Charter/Activity trips: $27/hour.

Schedule:

Part‑time, split shift (AM/PM) weekdays only—no nights, weekends, or holidays. Weekly pay + guaranteed minimum hours.

• Safely transport students to and from school and events
• Drive assigned local routes
• Perform pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections
• Maintain a clean, safe vehicle
• Communicate professionally with students, families, and school staff
• Follow all state/local traffic laws and school district policies

• CDL Class B (or higher) with P & S endorsements, or willingness to obtain (we train)
• Valid DOT medical card—or ability to obtain one
• Safe driving record
• Age 21+ with at least 3 years of driving experience
• Ability to pass background check & drug screening
• Effectively communicate in English (spoken & written)
