• Contract Duration: 13 weeks
• Shift: Day shift, 3x12-hour shifts per week (07:00 - 19:30)
• Employment Type: Travel Nurse / Travel RN
• Unit: 4 East/West, Med/Surg Telemetry (Med/Surg Tele RN)
• Start Date: June 12, 2026

• Minimum of 18 months recent, permanent Med/Surg Telemetry RN experience prior to travel (telemetry nursing experience required)
• Active Ohio RN license or Compact State RN license in hand (Ohio nursing license preferred)
• American Heart Association (AHA) BLS & ACLS certifications required
• Willingness to obtain NIHSS certification prior to start
• TWO recent references from a manager, ANM, supervisor, director, or Charge RN in Med/Surg Tele required
• Successful completion of ECG rhythm recognition test and safe Medicate assessment during orientation
• COVID-19 and Flu vaccines required (medical/religious exemptions considered)
• Negative 10 Panel + Nicotine (Cotinine) drug screen required within 12 months of start

• Provide high-quality nursing care to adult patients on the Med/Surg Telemetry unit
• Interpret and manage dysrhythmias and telemetry monitoring
• Monitor patient conditions and respond promptly to changes in status
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams (physicians, respiratory therapy, case management) to deliver comprehensive patient care
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately in the electronic health record
• Participate in unit orientation, competency validation, and ongoing professional development
