** As a Registered Nurse Unit Manager, you will be responsible for:
* ** Leading by example:
** Providing guidance and mentorship to your nursing team to ensure exceptional patient care and outcomes
* ** Coordinating patient care:
** Overseeing the delivery of care to patients on your unit, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded
* ** Managing operations:
** Maintaining a safe and efficient work environment, managing resources, and prioritizing tasks to meet unit goals
* ** Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams:
** Working closely with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
* ** Maintaining regulatory compliance:
** Ensuring that all unit policies and procedures are in compliance with regulatory requirements

* ** Current RN licensure in the State of Ohio**
