• Identify and ensure appropriate placement, facilitation, and expedition of all patient flow transactions.
• Address significant patient issues throughout the hospital and communicate with relevant leaders.
• Handle staffing needs and make modifications to ensure equitable staffing arrangements.
• Manage the patient experience to optimize resources for a safe and efficient environment.
• Monitor and adhere to the annual hospital operating budget.
• Approve or monitor expenditures, purchases, and other actions for budget compliance.

• Education:
  • Bachelor's Degree in nursing (BSN) from an accredited school of professional nursing
• Experience:
  • Three years of experience in an acute care setting
  • One year of management experience preferred
  • Critical Care/Emergency room experience preferred
  • Leadership experience preferred

  • Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
