American Traveler is seeking a Med/Surg Tele RN with at least 18 months of recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience and an active Ohio or compact RN license for a night shift hospital assignment.

• Work in the Med/Surg Tele unit of a hospital setting
• Night shift schedule with 3x12 hour shifts from 7:30pm to 7:30am
• Options available for 4x12, 3x12, or 2x12 shift schedules

• Active RN license (Ohio or Compact) required in hand at time of consideration
• Current certifications: BLS and ACLS required
• Must be willing to obtain NIHSS prior to start
• Minimum of 18 months recent permanent Med/Surg Telemetry experience required prior to travel
• One professional reference required from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty applying for (Charge RN references accepted)
• Must complete ECG rhythm recognition test and safe Medicate assessment during orientation with acceptable scores

• Assignment length of 18 weeks to provide winter coverage, with 13 week assignments also accepted
• Travelers expected to work every other holiday
• COVID-19 and Flu vaccines required, with medical or religious exemptions only
• Local candidates accepted at the same bill rate
• Permanent and per diem candidates cannot return to this health system for 1 year from their previous end date
• First-time travelers are not specified as accepted for this position
