• Manage the day-to-day operations of ambulatory procedural settings caring for hospitalized patients.
• Oversee nursing personnel and patient care providers in procedural settings to ensure quality of care.
• Anticipate and resolve patient care issues.
• Ensure continuity of patient care by facilitating communication and collaboration among staff.
• Review major operational patient care issues with Nurse Managers.
• Provide ongoing clinical evaluation of nurses and other patient care providers.
• Counsel employees on performance issues and administer initial corrective actions.
• Alert Nurse Manager of significant clinical or performance issues.
• Participate in interviewing, selecting, and appraising the performance of employees.
• Monitor daily clinical operations of outpatient clinics.

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN) required

• 2+ years of clinical experience required

• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
