Mechanical Service Senior Sales OR Account Executive

About the Role

This position involves developing strategic plans for growth, managing end-user relationships, and independently winning sales opportunities within established guidelines. Your expertise will help customers save energy and money, contributing to a sustainable future.

Key Responsibilities
  • Understand market trends, competitor offerings, and customer decision influencers across regions and segments.
  • Develop market and account management plans for strategic growth.
  • Maintain a qualified opportunity funnel and achieve booking and profit goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and partners for excellent customer outcomes.
  • Participate in industry events and professional organizations to build networks.
  • Consult with customers on technology needs and position Siemens as an industry leader.
Qualifications

Basic: Bachelor's in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related; or extensive HVAC service industry experience. Experience in technical sales, business development, or consulting. Strong communication, organizational, negotiation skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Willingness to travel 10%. Must be legally authorized to work in the US.

Preferred: Degree in related field, experience with Mechanical/HVAC equipment, reading design documents, and networking within the local building market. Knowledge of Salesforce CRM is a plus.

Benefits & Compensation

Salary range: $71,260 - $148,880, with a no-cap commission structure. Benefits include health and wellness programs, flexible work arrangements, and extensive product portfolios for growth.
