Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner and report observations according to site protocols;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, entry points, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions;
Monitor access points and help to manage the flow of visitors, patients, and/or staff in accordance with location guidelines and assigned post instructions;
Support healthcare location operations by documenting incidents, communicating with site contacts and/or first responders, and following post orders during routine and emergency situations
