Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and machinery operation.
Ability to read and interpret production instructions and safety guidelines.
Physical capability to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks.
Willingness to work in shifts, including nights and weekends if required.

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment.

Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment to produce durable goods according to specifications.
Perform routine inspections and maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance.
Identify and report any equipment malfunctions or quality issues to the maintenance team and supervisors promptly.
Follow all safety guidelines and standard operating procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
Document production data accurately and assist in inventory management and material handling as needed.
