Health Advocates Network is currently seeking a Registered Nurse to work at a Facility in Alexandria, MN. These are registry positions with our company.

Pay Rate: $70 / hour

W2

Hours:

Full time 10 hour shifts, day/evening rotation, every weekend.

Position

Description:

Work cooperatively and participate as a member of the interdisciplinary treatment team; utilize person-centered thinking, positive behavior supports, motivational interviewing and trauma informed care; comply with all safety and health standards, laws, regulations, policies, procedures and protocols; provide person-centered, trauma informed, culturally sensitive nursing care; implement the treatment plan and document results of interventions; facilitate care and documentation of care from admission through discharge;

oversee medication administration policies and processes. Extensions may be available.

Position Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years mental health and/or substance use disorder experience. Active Minnesota Nursing License.

• Maintenance of required department specific competencies and certifications.
• Prior experience in long term care or mental health settings as indicated in the role.
