Part Time Merchandiser

• Represent Mondelēz in stores with professionalism, positivity, and commitment to excellence
• Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers
• Execute store visits according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Principles
• Capture display photos through the Digital Merchandising Initiative (DMI)
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel
• Stock shelves, rotate products, and maintain brand standards
• Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with negotiated plans
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by the Retail Territory Manager
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility merchandising events
• Communicate store-level insights, issues, and opportunities via Salesforce
• Lift, bend, push, pull, and move products from stockrooms to store floors
• Maintain organized and inviting snack aisle experiences across assigned stores

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have a valid driver’s license issued by the state in which the person resides
• High School Diploma or GED preferred, or ability to earn a GED while gaining skills
• 1–3 years of experience in retail or consumer goods preferred
• Positive and professional attitude; self-motivated and able to work independently
• Ability to drive a personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage to various store locations
• Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to meet physical requirements including repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs
• Occasionally push and pull over 50 lbs
• Live within 25–35 miles of the primary location in Garfield, NJ
• Availability on Sunday, Tuesday, Friday, and Saturday
• Comfort using mobile tools and applications, including digital merchandising tools and Salesforce
• Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with store personnel, RTMs, and teammates

Demonstrates strong customer service skills and the ability to build relationships with store personnel while executing merchandising strategies effectively. Proficient in using digital tools like Salesforce to communicate insights and manage store visits.
