Key Responsibilities

Carry out plumbing repairs and maintenance on social housing properties
Respond to call-outs and complete jobs efficiently and professionally
Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
Deliver excellent customer service to tenants

Proven experience as a Plumber in a similar role
Knowledge of social housing repairs and maintenance
Full UK driving licence (essential)
Relevant plumbing qualifications (NVQ Level 2 or equivalent)
