Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Accounting Professional to support day-to-day accounting operations. This role will be based onsite and requires a detail-oriented, professional individual who is comfortable working in a office setting and interacting tactfully with internal staff.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and support financial reporting
- Manage fixed assets accounting
- Assist with routine and ad-hoc accounting tasks as needed
- Strong experience with General Ledger (GL) accounting
- Experience with financial reporting
- Hands-on experience in accounts payable and fixed assets accounting
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Professional communication skills and ability to work effectively in an office environment
- Experience with government accounting.
- Experience using Workday
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred
- Candidates with significant, relevant accounting experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
