Amp Think is a leading provider of Technology systems for world class stadiums and arenas throughout North America. We are seeking a Staff Accountant to join our Customer Experience team. The successful applicant will play a role in ensuring the smooth financial operations of the business. The Staff Accountant will be expected to perform a variety of accounting duties, including but not limited to, maintaining accurate and timely financial records, analyzing financial statements, and reconciling accounts.

Responsibilities- Perform all day-to-day accounting duties, ensuring the accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including the balance sheet, income statement, and statement of cash flows
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Reconcile bank and credit card statements
- Assist in the preparation and review of budgets and forecasts
- Maintain and update the accounting software
- Assist in the preparation and filing of tax returns
- Assist in various back office administrative responsibilities to support the company workforce
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field preferred
- Experience leveraging technology to streamline and accelerate workflows
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an accounting role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP or accounting platforms, including ZOHO
- Experience with general ledger work, including month-end close, bank and credit card reconciliations, balance sheet reconciliations, fixed assets, payroll accruals, and journal entries
- Experience with sales tax preparation or filing
- Eligible to work in the United States
