Join our team at Homecare Heroes of Texas LLC, a leading provider of home care services in Garland, Texas! As a Homecare Office Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting our operations and delivering exceptional care to our clients.

About the Role:

As a Homecare Office Specialist, you will be responsible for coordinating administrative tasks to ensure seamless operations within our office. You will work closely with our team to maintain accurate records, manage scheduling, and provide exceptional customer service to our clients and their families. If you are a detail-oriented and organized individual with a passion for helping others, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

You will also serve as a backup caregiver.

Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support:
    Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Scheduling:
    Manage client scheduling, including coordinating with our care staff and ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
  • Record Keeping:
    Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client information, care plans, and billing.
  • Customer Service:
    Provide exceptional customer service to our clients and their families, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Additional Tasks:
    Perform additional tasks as required, including filing, scanning, and data entry. Would prefer someone with experience as a caregiver. Strong preference for a CNA!
Requirements:

  • Education:

    High School Diploma
  • Experience:

    5 years of experience as a Homecare Office Specialist
  • Job Type: Part-time (20 hrs/week)
