Pay Range: (Depends on qualifications)
Work Schedule:
Monday 8am-5pm & Tuesday - Friday 10am-2:30pmEssential Duties and Responsibilities Provide administrative and business support as well as data entry.
Respond to inquiries from citizens and City personnel via phone, email, or in person, and direct them to appropriate personnel.
Prepare and maintain office records, reports, and correspondence.
Collect and organize data for projects.
Record, transcribe, and distribute various documentation.
Minimum Qualifications High School Diploma or G.E.DTwo years of related experience.
Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Valid Class C Texas driver's license.
Physical Requirements & Work Environment Work environment may vary depending on assignment, but typically work is performed in a typical office environment and relatively free from unpleasant environmental conditions or hazards.
