** Summary
* * Responsible for providing basic administrative support to assigned department and carrying out various administrative responsibilities based on departmental needs.
** Pay Range:** $9.00 to $13.50(Depending on qualifications and experience)
** Essential Duties and Responsibilities
*** Provide administrative and business support as well as data entry.
* Respond to inquiries from citizens and City personnel via phone, email, or in person, and direct them to appropriate personnel.
* Prepare and maintain office records, reports, and correspondence.
* Collect and organize data for projects.
* Record, transcribe, and distribute various documentation.
** Minimum Qualifications
*** High School Diploma or G.E.D
* Two years of related experience.
* Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
* Valid Class C Texas driver's license.
** Physical Requirements & Work Environment
