As a BDE, you’ll be the strategic face of Corptemps

- Drive Market Growth: Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities through outreach, networking, referrals, and market intelligence.
- Build Strategic Partnerships: Develop and expand long-term client relationships, positioning Corptemps as a trusted advisor.
- Leverage Insights: Analyze client needs, industry trends, and competitor activity to craft tailored solutions.
- Deliver Value: Partner with recruiters to design staffing strategies that solve client challenges and exceed expectations.
- Influence & Win: Present compelling proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals with confidence.
- Expand Visibility: Represent Corptemps at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to elevate brand presence.
- Collaborate for Success: Work closely with leadership to refine sales strategies and achieve ambitious growth targets.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of proven B2B sales or business development success, ideally in staffing/recruitment.
- Track Record: Consistently achieved/exceeded sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Relationship Builder: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and client engagement skills.
- Strategic Mindset: Strong business acumen with insight into recruitment services and client pain points.
- Tech-Enabled: Skilled in CRM platforms (Salesforce, Hub Spot) and modern sales tools.
- Self-Starter: Independent, proactive, and highly organized in managing priorities.
- Flexibility: Willingness to travel for client meetings, events, and conferences.
