Training Manager / NABIT Coordinator
McDonald's
McDonald's Owner-Operator with multiple restaurants is seeking an energized individual who has a passion for training and developing crew and managers.
Responsibilities- Train, coach and mentor new managers, new crew members and existing management/crew members.
- Identify and monitor training needs in the organization.
- Design, plan and implement the training programs necessary.
- Conduct training in the restaurant and classroom settings.
- Administer the training program and related documentation.
- Listen to NABIT calls/Webinars, review new and updated procedures.
- Deploy new items/products to all restaurants.
- Graduate of McDonald's HU or equivalent.
- Training background or deployment experience in McDonald's is preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office and computer skills.
- Highly organized and self‑motivated.
- Flexible schedule.
- Wage/salary commensurate with experience and availability.
