As our Plumbing Estimator
, you’ll be essential to our commercial plumbing projects. In this role, you’ll:

• Develop detailed estimates from construction drawings and project specifications
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, owners, and contractors to ensure project success
• Attend pre-bid meetings and analyze bid specifications and requirements
  
  Build relationships with vendors to secure competitive pricing and maintain project budgets
  
  Provide support throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring estimates remain on target and on schedule

• Experience:
  
  2+ years in commercial construction estimating; plumbing field installation experience preferred
• Technical
  
  Skills:
  
  Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); familiarity with Bluebeam and Building Connected software is a plus
• Skills:
  
  Strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving, and time management skills
• Abilities:
  Comfortable evaluating construction plans and specifications, with excellent written and verbal communication
• Teamwork:
  Ability to work independently and collaboratively with the team
