Wall and Ceiling Estimator

Location: Waxahachie, Texas

Integrity Wall and Ceiling LLC is seeking a skilled Wall and Ceiling Estimator to join our team. In this key role, you'll be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for our wall and ceiling projects, ensuring our bids are competitive and precise. We're looking for someone with a solid background in construction estimating who can hit the ground running, but we're also ready to train the right candidate on our specific processes.

As our Wall and Ceiling Estimator, you'll be the go-to person for all things related to project costs. You will:

• Analyze project plans to understand the full scope of work, including specifications and drawings.
• Create detailed cost estimates for materials, labor, and subcontractors using On-Screen Takeoff and Quick Bid.
• Perform quantity takeoffs for drywall, framing, and insulation using software like Bluebeam.
• Collaborate with our team to review bid invitations and determine project viability.
• Manage bids and documents using platforms like Procore, Building Connected, and Autodesk.
• Build relationships with suppliers and subcontractors to get competitive quotes.
• Attend pre-bid meetings and site visits to gather essential project details.
• Provide cost-saving recommendations and value engineering options to optimize project budgets.
• Assist in drafting subcontractor agreements and manage all bid-related documents.
• Maintain our cost databases and internal analytics to ensure our data is always up-to-date.

• Proven experience in construction estimating, preferably with wall and ceiling systems (e.g., drywall, framing).
• Strong proficiency with On Center Software (On-Screen Takeoff and Quick Bid) and Bluebeam.
• Experience with bid and document management platforms like Procore, Building Connected, and Autodesk is a major plus.
• Excellent analytical and mathematical skills for accurate takeoffs and cost calculations.
• A keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• The ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
• Solid understanding of construction materials, methods, and building codes.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Your salary will be based on your experience and the level of training required. We offer a competitive compensation package that includes health insurance, paid time off, and performance bonuses.

• Entry-Level (0-2 years): $50,000 - $65,000
• Mid-Level (2-5 years): $65,000 - $85,000
• Senior-Level (5+ years): $85,000 - $110,000
